Sālaka Yoga was born from the union of two paths that came together to create an inclusive, egalitarian, and non-patriarchal style of yoga. A method that puts the body and its sensations at the forefront.
Cristina Jiménez and Agustín Burton are the creators of this approach, blending yoga practice, somatic tools, movement, breathwork, and meditation with a sensitive, contemporary, and deeply human perspective.
Sālaka, in Sanskrit, means a precise instrument. For us, this name represents the essence of the method: a detailed tool for exploration that invites you to deepen your relationship with your body, mind, and energy.
